Build Your First Tool Caddy

A Tool Box Of Tool Caddy Can Be A Testament To Your Skill As A Trades Man Or Woman.

I built one of these when I first started out as a carpenter. I still use it today to hold all the different nails and shot for my Hilti gun.

As you progress in the trade a simple tool caddy will not hold all your tools. You’l probably build a larger lockable tool box. You might even have to have a large job box for power tools.

But any handy man will find that various trades or types of work require different tool sets. One way to keep those tool sets organized and together is to have a separate caddy for each set.

A wooden tool caddy like the one in the video may be just what you need — way better that that 5 gallon plastic pail.
